All orders are shipped via USPS Prioirty mail which gets to most states within 3-4 business days. Shipping to Canada may take up to 7-10 days. We ship to Contiental US and Canada. International shipping rates are available upon request. Monogrammed and Custom made items may take up to 7 days to be made. Custom dresses may take up 3-4 weeks a dress before it ships. Shipping Charges: Shipping Charges on expedited orders are not refundable.

If in any case you are dissatisfied with a purchase we will assist you with an exchange or provide you with a store credit. No cash refunds will be made. Merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and with the original tags. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to obtain a return authorization number. Zeeg Baby is not responsible for return shipping charges (all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility). All clearance items and custom orders are final sale and no exchange or credit will be given. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been monogrammed or appliquéd.
